Chef's Salad

Ingredients
lettuce, lolo rosso, or romaine, cut into bit-size pcs.
¼ Lady’s Choice Thousand Island Dressing
cheese, shaved
1 pcs. hardboiled egg, sliced
12 pcs. cherry tomatoes, halved
cucumber, diced

--------------------------------------

Procedure
1. Toss greens with Lady’s Choice Thousand Island Dressing enough to coat.
Arrange on a plate.
2. Top with the rest of the ingredients and serve chilled.
Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
To taste honey and lemon juice
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
celery, chopped
½ cup grapes, seedless, halved
¼ cup raisins
1 pc. apple, cored and diced
lettuce washed and trimmed

Procedure
1. Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise with honey and lemon juice. Season to
taste.
2. Add nuts, celery, grapes, raisins, and apple.
3. Serve on a bed of greens, chilled.
German Potato Salad
Ingredients
½ kg. potatoes, peeled
2 cups Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp fresh dill (optional)
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp paprika
2 pcs. ham, chopped

Procedure
1. Boil potatoes in salted water then simmer until tender. Drain and cut into 1 to 1
1/2 –inch cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix together Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, mustard, dill, honey,
paprika, and ham. Season to taste.
3. Add prepared dressing to the cooked potatoes just enough to coat. Serve chilled.
Caesar Salad
Ingredients
1 head hearts of romaine lettuce
1 pc. hardboiled egg, quartered
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup croutons

Procedure
1. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Lady’s Choice Caesar Dressing and arrange
on plate.
2. Top with egg, bacon, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Monte Cristo Sandwich

 2 slices bread
 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

 1 teaspoon ketchup

 2 slices cooked ham

 1 slice cooked ham

 1 slice cheese

 1 egg

 1/4 cup milk

 Add all ingredients to list

Directions

1. Spread bread with mayonnaise and ketchup. Alternate ham and cheese slices on bread.
2. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl. Coat the sandwich with the egg and milk mixture. Heat a
greased skillet over medium heat, brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.
Clubhouse Sandwich

Ingredients

 3 pcs white bread, toasted


 4 tbsps mayonnaise
 2 slices plum tomatoes, sliced into rounds
 2 slices cucumber, sliced into rounds
 1 pcs regular, sweet or spiced ham
 1 pc egg, cooked sunny side up
 4 pcs toothpicks

Steps

1. Toast the bread slices. Lay 3 pieces of bread and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on
one side of the 1st and 3rd slice, and a tablespoon on both sides of the 2nd slice of bread
evenly.
2. Top the 1st slice (mayonnaise-side up) with tomatoes, then cover with the 2nd slice. Top
with l, cucumber, ham, and egg then cover with the 3rd slice (mayonnaise-side down).
3. Press the sandwich lightly then slice into 4 triangular portions. Secure with toothpicks
and serve.
Hamburger

Ingredients:

Patties:

40 gram lean ground beef


1 pc onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ pc knorr beef cube, mashed
2 tbsp flour
Beaten egg oil for frying

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding more flour if you want, then shaping them into
balls. Flatten into 1 1⁄2-inch thick patties and smoothen the surface with the use of a spoon.
Pan-fry right away over medium heat until cooked through..
