Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ings:

1 cup and 1 tbsp all purpose flour


¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla
1 pc egg
100 gram butter/margarine (softened)
½ cup chocolate chips

Procedure:

1. Beat the butter with a handheld mixer or cream the butter using a wire whisk until light and fluffy.

2. Add the white sugar and brown sugar and beat it again.

3. Add the egg continuous beating until light and airy.

4. Add the flour, salt and baking soda and mix it again using mixer.

5. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and then mix using a rubber scrapper.

6. Form into balls and then freeze for about 20-30 minutes in the chiller.

7. Bake for about 200 degrees Celcius for about 10 mins.

Note: the oven should be pre-heated before baking the cookies and it should be freeze to have a good
outcome)
