Self Billing agreement __.__.____

The Freelancer hereby agrees:

1. to accept electronically delivered Self Billing Invoices raised on its behalf by the
company in respect of the Freelancer Services
2. not to issue VAT invoices in respect of the Freelancer Services
3. where the Freelancer raises dummy invoices for internal compliance purposes, to
reconcile the dummy invoices with the Self Billing Invoice
4. not to submit paper-copy Services Timesheets or Invoices save with the prior written
consent of a director of the company
5. to ensure that the Service Receipt System is used to capture all work in respect of the
Freelancer Services
6. to ensure that rates, hours, types and expenses are verified prior to submission
7. to raise any discrepancies between Self Billing Invoices and Invoice Data within 7 days
of receipt of the Self Billing Invoice
8. The Freelancer confirms and acknowledges that if it fails to use the Self Billing
procedures set out above the company shall not be obliged to process for payment any
monies that would otherwise have been owed to the Freelancer Services.
