Abstract
An abstract should be in single paragraph, single line spacing, of not more
than 250 words maximum. For research articles, abstracts should follow the
following and JEREDA strongly encourage authors to use the following style of
structured abstracts. (Present them in subheadings)

Methodology (include brief design, population and sample, Instruments used,
validity and reliability, data collection procedure and analysis):
Results
Findings:
Recommendations/Classroom Implications:
NB: The abstract should be written in past tense.

Conflicts of Interest: Declare conflicts of interest and state “The authors declare
conflict of interest” if any, and state “The authors declare no conflict of interest” if
there is none.
Acknowledgments: Acknowledge any support given your work but should not be
support by the author(s) contribution or funding sections. It may be supports in the
areas of administrative and technical support, donations of all kind in term of
materials used for experimentation
Disclaimer Statement
If the work is part of a thesis submitted to a college, institutes or university for
award of any certificate or degree, indicate the certificate or degree, title of the
thesis, amount of work extracted in the thesis, department and institution, name of
the supervisors.
Notes on Authors
Authors should write note of about 50 words, detailing on the current affiliation,
research interests and experience, current level of education, associations
membership etc.
Authorship and Level of Contribution
In the event that the paper is co-authored, please indicate the level of contribution
of each author.
1. Avoid the use of titles like Mr., Dr. PhD, Professor etc against your name,
journal indexing databases would not recognize them
2. Keywords should be written in alphabetical order.
3. The entire manuscript should not exceed 7,000 words.
4. Your paper will be rejected at the submission level, if plagiarized.
REFERENCES (Write your references in the latest APA Referencing Style, and they
must correspond with the in-text citations. Always provide online link to the
references you cite).
