Location of Selected Plant Site

The angle rebar manufacturing plant is to be located in Rueda, Plaridel, Bulacan,

Philippines with coordinates of 14°53'49"N 120°48'28"E. The location was chosen

because of the vast land that could accommodate the necessities of this kind of large

manufacturing plant. The transportation of the raw materials, which are the scrap metals

collected throughout the Luzon region, can be done much more easily because of

having access to the main road having minimal congestion. In the same sense, the

delivery of the angle rebars can also be done more efficiently throughout the whole

Luzon region. The community also provides the suitable amount of electricity and man

power needed by the manufacturing plant. The land area is approximately 20 hectares

or 200 m2 of plain land providing a substantial space for the development and

improvement of the plant.
