1. Friendships will always be one of the most treasured relationships that we have.

One of
the reasons is maybe because sometimes our friends know us more than how our parents
do. Some do treat their friends like their own family but truly, true friendships will
always be measured by its shortcomings. Given the problem, I would tell the truth that
my friend and I copied from each other. This is because I believe that true friends call
each other out when they are on the wrong side despite of reasons. This supports the
moral equation that despite of good intention if the means is incorrect, that will still be
immoral. We all have imperfections, that is given, and with that, true friends should
support each other not only on the side that benefits them the most. As we are labeled as
humans as social being, we need to fulfill our responsibilities to others which is to be
moral, thus, in this problem, to be moral, we need to recognize our own dignity as well as
of others’. We need to take our part to be someone who promotes justice or fairness
because we all do deserve those. Moreover, stealing was also manifested in the problem
which is not to be considered and be tolerated. As we are rational beings, given the
capacity to think whether a certain thing or act is right or wrong, of course, we always
need to choose what is right.

2. This problem has the similarities with the first one wherein we are considered as human
as social being wherein to be human, we need to be moral. To be moral in this problem,
we need to recognize the employee’s dignity so we need to contribute to his holistic
development. But before that, as the manager, I need to assess him myself and observe
what has been the reason or cause for his certain acts because there could be a possibility
that other people might see his acts wrong when in fact he was only misunderstood. After
confirming and seeing it myself that there really is something wrong, I will tell the truth
because I know that everyone will benefit especially the manager of the unit since he/she
deserves to know the truth and also the other people around him. Because, if he gets
corrected, he is able to improve and restore himself and be a better social being.
Moreover, we are created in the image and likeness of God wherein He is a teacher who
instills discipline through His words especially to the youth that is why we need to be like
Him. We always need to take the initiative because in the long run, I am sure that it could
affect us more than how we planned and imagined the things to flow.

3. This is related to the concept of being an “atheist” of some at the present era. Some
claims that they are an atheist when in fact their only bases are their problems that they
have experienced which caused them destruction. Every time we sin or face problems,
it’s cliché and common for people to blame God for everything they have experienced
wherein soon enough, they will decide to really drift away from Him which is I think a
decision that is too lame to accept. But as her friend, I would write my response this way:
“Hi! How have you been? I’m pleased that you wrote me this one and of course, I am
more pleased that you were able to open up already. Maybe you think that I don’t care
anymore about you but I just want to let you know that I was only waiting for the perfect
time. Don’t be sorry for not telling me because I always understand you. You know what,
I have once read a book that says when you feel that you are slowly drifting away from
Him, you do not just go with the flow. It says, do not go further because the further you
will go, the more blurry it will be for you to see what His plans are. This is because when
you are near, you see perspective but when you are away, it creates distortion. But one
thing I learned in life that I want you to always remember is that, sometimes no matter
how we try to help people, it will always be up to them if they will consider our help and
will listen to us. So for me, I think the most important thing I could do is to always be
here for you, will always listen, and pray for you. Hit me up if ever you have plans on
