I.Rooms to be used: (Tables will be placed at the entrance of the rooms with plastic shield , PPE of
teachers and sanitizers
FIRST FLOOR:
7-E Rm. – Card Giving (8-A)
7-D Rm. –Waiting room for 8-A parents
7-F Rm. –Card Giving (8-B)
7-G Rm.- Waiting room for 8-B parents

SECOND FLOOR:
8-A Rm.– Card Giving (8-C)
8-B Rm. – Waiting room for 8-C parents
8-C Rm.- Card Giving (8-D)
8-D Rm.- Waiting room for 8-D parents
THIRD FLOOR:
8-F Rm.- Card Giving (8-E)
8-G Rm.- Waiting room for 8-E parents
9-A Rm.- Card Giving (8-F)
9-B Rm. –Waiting room for 8-F parents
9-C Rm.- Card Giving (9-G)
9-D Rm. –Waiting room for 9-G parents

*Note: Only 10 parents are allowed to enter/stay in the waiting room observing Health
Measures such as; social distancing( 1 meter away from each seat) ,using of mask and hand sanitizing.

II. Time of Card Giving : Done in Alphabetical Order

8:00 to 9:00 - Surnames from A -F

9:00 to 10:00 - Surnames from G-L
10:00 to 11:00 - Surnames from M-R
11:00 to 12:00 - Surnames from S-Z
1:00 to 2:00 - For those parents who were not able to cope-up with the schedule

III. Signages and markers will be placed at the hallway and designated areas.
 Ushers in controlling exit and entry of parents and guardians will be the non-advisers.

IV. Issuing of Cards:

A. Refer to the list of unreturned books from the subject teachers before issuing the card.
*Subject Teachers will furnish copies of unreturned books to the Advisers.

B. Advisers will prepare One copy of Attendance Sheet; Cards; Awards

C. Advisers will inform parents for the conduct of the Card Giving.
*Request them for at least bring hand sanitizers and own ballpens
