    3 STAR REGIONAL VALIDATION

    Things to prepare:

    A. SBM WINS Folders per Wins Area:S


    1. Water 2. Sanitation 3. Hygiene 4. Health Education
    5. Deworming 6. Capacity Bldg.

    B. Video on WinS

    C. SBM Wins IEC Materials


    D. Printed Copy of SBM Wins 3 Star Rating
    2017- 1 Folder
    2018- 5 Folders(short) put a cover page.(format: Name of School, SBM Wins 3 Star Rating for
    2018) e.g. : Alimodian CES SBM Wins 3 Star Rating for 2018)

    E. What to be found inside the Common CR


    1. Trashbin with cover
    2. Handsoaps for handwashing
    3. Tissue
    4. IEC Materials for Handwashing

    F. ALL CR for girls should have the ff. inside the CR.
    1. IEC Materials on proper wrapping of used sanitary pads.
    2. IEC Materials on proper handwashing
    3. Grade 4-6 CR for females should have available sanitary pads.
    4. Trashbin with cover with label “for used sanitary pads only”.
    5. Box or any container with used papers/newspapers for wrapping used sanitary pads-include
    label also(Wrapper for used Sanitary Pads).

    E. All CRs should be labeled either Male, Female or PWD.

    F. All classrooms/corridors/office/ Play area/Social Hall must have 3 set of trashbins properly
    labeled: a) Madunot b) Indi Madunot c) Mapuslan

    G. Provide WinS corner in every classroom.


    H. SBM Wins Bulletin Board.
    I. WinS Club Officers
    J. Jingle Used during group handwashing activities(if any)
    K. Toothbrush holders, glass, toothpaste.
    L. Wash Area/Facilities
    M. Label the wash area. (e.g. Wash Area 1, Wash Area 2, etc.)
    N. Schedule of group handwashing.
    O. IEC on proper toothbrushing and handwashing.
    Note: a) Double check if the indicators of the 3 star Rubric were complied.
    b) Prepare Certificate of Appearance for the Regional Team Validators.
    c) for the welcome greetings/tarpaulin:
