Reflection on Soar 2.0 District Roll out on Resiliency

The global pandemic poised a very unique challenge to all of us. It challenged our systems
--- may it be in the government, religion, industries, transportation, tourism, and in our
respective workplace. With these changes, our Webinar on Resiliency put emphasis on the
mental and psychological health of teachers and learners.

The sudden change of norm among us may have caused certain levels of anxiety and
depression to some of us and the challenge to accept and adapt to these changes may have
tested our mental and psychological capacity to remain healthy in order to function well.

School that to keep our selves mentally and psychologically fit we must do the five things: go
to Jesus – pray; acceptance on the situation; unlock our potential especially in learning new
things in times of pandemic
Most importantly, she emphasized that we need each other for mental and psychological
support.
