    In knowing the problems, the project will have its purpose and
    background.
    2. Business Case
    Explaining to the important people why the project is important and
    how will it succeed.
    3. Feasibility Study
    Research the reason for the project and determine if it will succeed.
    4. Organizing the Team
    We will need a group of professionals that have the same mindset in
    finishing this project. One should find the people with the right skills and
    experience to execute this project properly.
    5. Planning
    After the brainstorming part, the group will plan on how the project
    runs, how to fund it, and how to execute it. This also include back-up plans
    in case there are hindrances along the way.
    6. Review
    Review the initiation phase and keep reviewing progress throughout
    the project.
    7. Execution
    The plans are all ready to be executed. The quality of the project
    should be kept from start to finish. Status reports are also in need.
    8. Project Closure
    The team will report on how the project went.
