2) It is really useful to identify your own team table even though in different team
consolidation from expectation of your boss what the work demands. What the education
or training you have. If you are clear what roles there are it`s going to be easier to create a
balanced team and thereby also get a better outcome of the work done.

1) It works as a guide to make the meeting more effective a productive it gives people a
chance to prepare for the meeting it gives you a path to follow during the meeting and
it makes people see what they need to be done.
2) That during the meeting you have to stick to the topics posted in the agenda topics,
order time etc. You cannot stay and discuss other matters than those posted in the
agenda. This is normally case of public meeting.

4) Successful meeting: After the meeting, review what went well, where improvements
could be made and any problems to be addressed before the next meeting. If you
have people being groomed for the chairperson position, such as vice chairs, this is a
good time to get them involved. It is important that results and strategies for
improvement be summarized and communicated to the participants.

Take the opportunity for feedback. It reduces the possibility of repeating unproductive
behaviours and procedures and shows respect for people’s time.

Some ideas for assessing your meeting are

Before the meeting is adjourned ask, “what went well” and “what could be improved.”
Appoint someone to monitor the meeting process and report on it at the end. Rotate
the responsibility among the members.
Have participants complete one of the numerous anonymous survey tools that are
available on the Internet and discuss the results
