Integrative Solutions:
1. To still deliver the services required of the campus and to sustain livelihood of
administrative job order workers, the existing Job Orders will be rehired until August 31,
2020 and shall be charged against income(IGF) as exclusion to NBC 580;

2. To be assured of the balance between expenses versus the income source (IGF), rehiring of
job orders will be reassessed based on the 2020-2021. Should the fund be inadequate,
another measures may be proposed;

3. To minimize the impact of this additional expenditure against income, the number of hours
that a job order will have to render in a month will be reduced to eighty percent (80%),
EXCEPT for the Security Services. If the scheme will be adopted, a reduction of
Php224,000.00 is expected to the wages expense account from July to December 2020;

4. To facilitate affected offices on the reduced working hours and to assure the continuity of
service delivery, schedule of work and office clerk sharing shall be prepared by the Human
Resource Management Office.
