Similarity: Values of mean, mode and median are same.

Difference: Values of variances and standard deviation are different.

2) Ho: There is no difference between population mean.

H1: There is difference between population mean.

P(Z<=z) two-tail 0.54339486954
z Critical two-tail 1.95996398454

z statistic is equal to -0.607687. P value is 0.54339 which is greater than

0.05 (value of level of significance). Thus, null hypothesis cannot be
rejected. There is no difference between population means.

3) Hypotheses are formulated to test the euality of population variances.

Ho: Population variances are equal.
H1: Population variances are not equal.

F-Test Two-Sample for Variances

Variable 1 Variable 2
Mean 75.0655737705 75.42623
Variance 15.562295082 6.2819672
Observations 61 61

F 2.47729645094
P(F<=f) one-tail 0.00028901577
F Critical one-tail 1.53431417981

F statistic is equal to 2.47729. P value is 0.0005 which is less than 0.05

(value of level of significance). Thus, null hypothesis has been rejected.
There is significant difference between population variances.

4)
The data shows that the proposed method has a smaller variance
indicatin- that this method is more consistent with the completion time.
Based on the data available the proposed method is  preferred.

5)
Yes I would suggest to interchange the data, then conduct same data. If
still test gives same results. Then there is need for new training
program.
