STRAWBERRY BISQUE

Ingredients Qty
Strawberry IQF 15 lb
Ice Cream Vanilla Bulk 2 tb
Cream Heavy Fresh Qt 1 ea
Creamer Half & Half Bulk 5 Gal 01 ea
Sour Cream 1 ea
Mint Fresh ½ pk
Salt & Pepper Pinch (To enhance Flavor.)
Sugar White Granulated to taste

PROCEDURE
 Blend Strawberries to a smooth paste.
 Combine all ingredients together and blend with stick blender. Refrigerate.
 Serve in chilled Soup cups and garnish with Mint chiffonade.
