Question: Name the various proofs for the existing of God.

Which argument is the strongest one in your opinion?
 Does God Exists?
(In the name of Allah, Most Benevolent, and Most Compassionate)

Allah Almighty said:

“If you asked them who created them, they would surely say: Allah. So how are they
deluded?”
Philosophers and Theologians throughout history have devised a number of
rational arguments for the existence of Creator, such as the ontological argument. However,
most of these arguments fall short. Rather, the proper way to determine the existence of
creator is to refer to the logic declared in the Quran: that the universe must have the Creator,
that symptoms in nature point to the Creator’s demonstration and that human instinct accepts
the existence of the God.
The Messenger of Allah said:
“No one is born except they are upon natural instinct.”
The universe must certainly have a Creator because it is difficult for the universe to have
created itself or to have been created by nothing. Therefore, there must have been a Creator
who distributed the preliminary force and energy needed to set the universe in motion. This is
sometimes called the astral opinions.
Newton’s first law of motion states us that bodies at rest will stay at rest unless a force acts
upon them. Therefore, the origination of the universe required force and energy to originally
set it into motion. This force and energy is the work of Allah the Dignified, the Originator.
Allah said:
“Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in what Allah has created in the
heavens and the earth are signs for the people who would be righteous.”

Scientific Proof:-
Following are the some scientific logics that proof the existence of the Creator:-

 Causation: In this case of motion, nothing can cause itself, and an infinite cause of
causation is impossible, so there must be a First Cause, called God.
  Motion: things cannot move by their own self. So there can no infinite cause of motion,
there must be a First Mover not moved by anything else, and this is what everyone
understands is God.
 Existence of necessary and the unnecessary: Our understanding contains things
certainly existing but seemingly unnecessary. Not everything can be needless, for then
once there was nothing and still there would be nothing. Therefore, we are compelled
to suppose something that exists necessarily, having their requirement only from itself,
in fact
Itself the cause for other things to exist.
 Order tendencies of nature: A direction of actions to end is noticed in all bodies
following natural laws. Anything without having knowledge tends to a goal under the
guidance of one who is aware. This is God.
 Gradation: If we can notice a gradation in things in the wisdom that some things are
more hot, good, etc., there must be a excellent that is the truest and politest thing, and
so most fully existing. This then we call God.
 The argument from the design: All things have an arrangement that leads them to
a particular purpose. Because the arrangement of the universe cannot be the result of
chance, design and purpose must be at work. This implies design intelligence on the part
of the designer. This we call God.
 The complexity of single living cell: Even a single cell is so complex that it defies
possibility that such a thing is simply emerge from a primordial slime. Even if one could
synthesize both proteins and DNA, one is not anywhere close to having a cell. Even the
simplest form of life, therefore, appears to be irreducibly compound, such that it could
not have come into being by merely natural means.

Proof from Surroundings:-

It takes greater time to believe that an unseen God exists and then it does to dismiss him
because you cannot physically confirm that He is there. For those who deal in evidence there is proof all
around that God does exist.

 Take a good look around: When most people watch at the world around them, they
watch only the trees; they do not see the forest that is there. It should be no doubt that
the God exists because of His Creation, not only us humans, but the world we live in, the
galaxy that world in and the galaxy that the cosmos that in.
Our universe comprises of too much order for our existence to have been created out of
disorder. We are complex beyond our thoughts and when you look at such complexity, you see
God and His Creation.
Allah Almighty said:
‘’By His command He has made the night and day, the sun, moon, and stars all of benefit to
you. There truly are signs in this for those who use their reasons.’’

 Take a good look inside yourself: Most of us fail to look inside themselves for God.
Instead, they look to their environments and determine that since the world is such a
mess, God must not be there, if He ever happened at all. They disremember that since
God created us, we bear His fingerprints and those fingerprints point to His presence.
First, we are all born with a characteristic knowledge of what is right and wrong. Even a
young Childs know that when they behave badly they are doing something that goes
against their parents’ wishes. The knowledge of good and evils come from God. It was
put there to keep us in equilibrium and to allow us to comprehend why we need to
come to God for compassion.
Second, we want to seek love. Our whole life is passed trying to fill a gap that exists in
our souls; a gap that can only be filled by lover of a God.
These are only two of the inner feelings that should express us that we are more than
just some accidental mistake of nature; that we are created, that a real God that created
us, and that He is still there having a look on us and detecting our each and every work.
Allah Almighty said:
“They say, there is only our life in this world: we die, we live, nothing but time
destroys us’. They have no knowledge of this: they only follow guesswork.”
 Vastness of sky: The night sky is impressive, but besides the stars which can you see,
there are also millions of stars and galaxies you can’t see-all moving at
incomprehensible speeds, perfectly balanced, and perfectly synchronized in space. Who
orchestrates this marvelous dance? It is reasonable to think all this is taking place
without any design and direction-just happening by chance? No, there is a one force
who drives all these and this force is known as God.

Proof from Quran and Sunnah:-

As we are Muslim and we have a faith that Allah
Almighty has created this universe and whole universe is being driven by Him. He is the only
Creator of this universe. Being the Muslim, We believe on the books and the prophet send by
Almighty Allah. We also believe that Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the last prophet of
Almighty Allah and it is our faith that the book sent on Him, which is Holy Quran is true. Now
we will discuss some references from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah which proofs the
existence of God.

 From Holy Quran:-

Allah Almighty said:
“(Prophet), when your lord took out the offspring from the lions of the Children of the Adam
and made them bear witness about themselves, He said, Am I not your Lord?’ and they
replied, ‘Yes, we bear witness.’ So you cannot say on the Day of Resurrection, ‘We were not
aware of this.
All true and revealed confirm and conforms to the human nature that the Creator instilled with
us. The Quran refers to human spiritual nature as fitrat Allah, the disposition and inherent
disposition with which God formed people.
Allah Almighty said:
“So (Prophet Muhammad) as a man of pure faith, stand firm and true in your devotion to the
religion. This is the natural disposition God instilled in mankind-there is no altering God’s
creation-and this is the right religion, though most people do not realize it.”
All people were born to believers in God, and the revelations of the prophets simply awaken
and reinforce the disposition that is already inside us. Even polytheists, who trust in multiple
gods and divinities, often trust that there is an even higher authority, an even greater God over
all of them.
Allah said:
“If you asked them who created the heavens and earth, they are sure to say, ‘God’. Say
‘Praise belongs to God,’ but most of them do not understand.”

 From Sunnah:-
The contentment described in Islamic texts consists of a stability of being that
protects believers from oscillating between extremes of momentary euphoria and sorrows,
such that they can remain in a state of calm and peacefulness regardless of what is happening
in their lives. It is demonstrated in a detachment from worldly belongings and temporal
concerns, and an end to the fair of poverty. This spiritual state of being is, in fact, what the
Prophet defined as true wealth.
The Prophet (P.B.U.H) said:
“No one is born except upon natural instinct. Then his parents term him into a Jew or a
Christian or a Magian. As an animal produces their young with perfect limbs, do you see
anything defective?”
Our relation to God is similar to those organisms observed by the scientists, except that our
finite existence is even feebler as compared to the infiniteness of the Supreme Being. We can
become attentive of God through His symbols, but we can never understand the full measure of
God. The reality of God is too vast to be seen directly or measured with gadgets. If the cosmic
veil had been lifted, the awesomeness that is God Almighty would eliminate us.
The Prophet (P.B.U.H) said:
“His veil is light. If we were to remove the veil, the splendor of His countenance would
consume his creation as far as can be seen.”

Strongest Opinion:-
If we look around ourselves the discipline of everything that sun rises and sets
in its own time, moon completes its round earth in a month and the seasons change on its own time we
think that there is one higher power who drives all the universe with a discipline. He gives food to every
human being, insects and birds. When we look at the vast sky having countless stars twinkle with light,
our mind freeze. We see that whole universe is worked with discipline. There is diversity in the types of
organisms. On daily basis many new diversities of organisms is discovered by the scientists. There is one
power who created and managed the whole universe and set it into a proper function.

Being a Muslim, we also believe on God and the prophets sent by Him. We believe in the last day
and the day of judgement. We also believe in The Books sent by Almighty Allah. We believe in the Holy
Quran sent on Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). Holy Quran tells us that God exists and being a Muslim it is our
most argument and opinion that God exists and He drives all the forces and whole universe in a proper
manner.

Allah Almighty said:

“Were they created by nothing, or were they the creators of themselves? Or did they create
the heavens and the earth? Rather they are not certain.”
