Answer!!!!!
Organizational units and individuals in a strategically managed organization are measured for
performance and receive ongoing feedback about their performance. High-performing
workforces use feedback to change their performance to meet their goals. Also, senior leaders
make higher-level decisions to make weaker organizational units stronger, such as moving their
top managers to poorly performing organizational units until they become high-performing.
Clear Management
Managers are key assets of a high-performing organization. They know how to measure
employee performance. For example, they can explain goals to employees, help them understand
their critical job tasks, provide training and coaching and help employees develop to their
greatest potential. Managers use a system to track and measure performance. They review data in
this tracking system throughout the year to identify and correct performance problems.
Collaboration
People are the greatest advantage of a high-performing organization, and they must know how to
collaborate effectively. If the level of collaboration is high and people are attaining their
performance goals, then the workplace culture is generally positive. If there are breakdowns in
performance and other setbacks, employees feel less positive about their jobs. They are less
likely to meet performance goals and the quality of employee collaboration will decrease.
Managers play an important role in keeping collaboration at a high level.
