Hola! The school year is very close to its fun conclusion. The end
of this school year means the end of your status as a senior high school
student and the start of your life as a college student in your chosen
path. You’ll become not just a college student, but also a strong person
that is ready to face the harsh treatment of this fast changing but
stressful world. I love to give you time to chill and to enjoy your
remaining time in this institution so I made this exam easier than the
previous exams. To achieve the highest possible score, I just need one
complete answer: Did you learn something during the entire meetings
that we’ve engaged? What is now your perspective about religion?
I want to congratulate you in concluding this academic journey in
a wonderful manner. Your journey is full of cheering ups and downs that
shaped you to become who you are today. The world is dark and full of
terrors but I know that you’ll make it and someday, you’ll become
successful and happy in your chosen career. As your teacher, I’m
dreaming of meeting you in the future wearing your professional field
uniforms and wearing your wonderful smiles.
As a teacher, I hope that you’ve realized the true essence of
learning. Learning is not about memorizing boring stuffs and getting high
scores in exam. I’m sure the next time that we’ll see each other, you
wouldn’t remember everything that I had discussed because rote learning
is just temporary. Learning is a permanent change in behavior. You are
not the same person as yesterday. You are a changed person. You can
declare that you’ve learned if you’re not repeating the same kind of
mistake that you’ve committed yesterday. You’re not born because you
are nothing; you’re born because you are something.
I want to say sorry to the entire mistakes that I’ve gravely
committed as a teacher and for not acting like a professional teacher
sometimes; it’s just that I feel the “homey” comfort every time I hang out
with you. I wish you good luck to your future endeavors and I hope that
you’ve enjoyed your time in my class as your poging teacher. Padayon!
