Good Morning, graduates, parents and teachers

I am very glad to be your speaker for today. This is actually my first time to deliver an Inspirational speech,
I am not good as they are but I would like to speech over the importance of education.

May I first congratulate the graduates for today. This is the proof that you have conquer the challenges of
being a high school student. Also I want to congratulate your parents for being here with you and for
molding your characters. Also your teachers who has a big responsibilities in bringing these children to
what they are now.

When I was elementary student the word “study” doesn’t exist in my mind all I know is to go to school
play with my classmates and not to listen in my teacher. There are times that I will act to my mother that I
am not feeling well so she will not bring me to school. I graduated elementary without a single medal.

When I reach High School I met new friends, classmates and teachers, that motivates me that I should start
to take things seriously as I grow older. There was a time that you can neither pass the exam nor to recite
perfectly, but as you proceed onward on your studies, you will realize you have learned a lot. I started to
have and think my own dreams. I did not give up in my failures but I used it to be my inspiration to be a
better one. We became successful because of Education just like your teachers, before they were just like
you but because of education now, they are the one who became way into your dreams. The difficulties we
are experiencing today, education is the big opportunity to no longer experience poverty. Indeed, education
changes our lives.

My dear graduates and parents, today is not the end. As you end up your High School education now is the
start of more changes that will be coming in your life just keep on striving and you will gain more wisdom
and knowledge. Don’t stop to learn and reach your dreams because education will bring us to a successful
life.
