TRAINEE REQUIREMENTS:
1 Must be a high school graduate
2 Must pass the trainability / aptitude test
3 Can communicate effectively both orally and in written form
4 Physically, emotionally and mentally fit
5 Can perform basic mathematical computation

1 Form 138 or Report Card (original)
2 Birth Certificate - NSO authenticated (xerox)
3 2 pcs 1x1 ID pictures
