Have you ever faced challenges during communication? How
have you overcome those challenges?
Communication is always complex process. All the time we faced
challenges during Communication. There are many ways that people
communicate throughout the world, including facial expressions, verbal
cues, and body language. Since there are many ways to convey a
message, it’s important to make sure one is clear in their intent when
communicating. This is especially true in the workplace when you’re
engaged with a team to finish an important task or project. I have also
faced this problem during communication with my friend and
presentation time. When I was talking with him about some important
topic. But he didn’t understand me because of my speaking speed.
That’s why his response was very poor and one kind of ignorance was
visible in his Face. In that moment, I was overcome from this problem
by reducing my Speaking speed and understanding him about our topic
part by part. First time during my presentation time, I had been faced
challenge. I can’t speak clearly on that time. I was so much nervous on
that time. For overcome my challenges most of time In the future, I will
do those activities and practice it in my home. I am reading many books
to overcome my challenges. In this way I overcome this challenge.
Compare and Contrast Paragraph
Backward and Forward Linkage Garment Industry in Bangladesh
Actually a garment is a piece of clothing which is manufactured from fabric or
textile materials for protecting human body and decorated purpose. These materials
can be natural, cellulose and synthetic fibers. There are many types of garments
like woven or knitted with different names and uses. Garments can both
metaphorically and literally bear the imprint of its wearers as objects that have
been worn, carried or used to adorn, their persons. Generally, where fabric is
manufactured or making which is called Garment Industry. Garment industry can
be divided into two part backward linkage industry and forward linkage industry.
But the main target of those industries is to producing useable garment. Basically
backward linkage means the use by one firm or industry of produced input to
another industry. Forward linkage industry taken input from backward linkage
industry, which was the output of backward linkage industry. That means the
finishes garment relies on three steps; first level of converting fibers/cotton to
yarns, The second step for converting yarns to gray fabrics to died, printed on other
finished fabric. Then the forward linkage industry is used finish fabric to make
fashionable product according buyer requirement. There are lots of differences
between both of them, but they are in a complementary relationship. To hold their
on market place they depend on each other.
