1. Which among the Paulinian Life Performance Outcomes do you consider to be your
strength?

LP03 I love working well with others and show them how committed I am on
achieving both personal goals and team goals. I always offer any help I can do to my
colleagues during difficult times and sometimes I ask for help as well. And respecting
them for their hard work, and celebrating with them after long day work.

2. What can you do to continuously to live out that strength as a professional?

If you’re unsure about what areas you need to improve to be a better team player, ask a
your friends or colleagues for their honest feedback about your teamwork skills. Set
goals to improve those skills over time, listening, learning and collaborating is a must
do. And also consider asking someone you respect in your industry to be your mentor.
Seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills can help you improve your own.

3. Which among the Paulinian Life Performance Outcomes do you need to develop as a
Professional?
LP04 I must develop this by setting a goal on how you want to improve yourself as a
teacher and how will you motivate your students by giving them your best. And
teaching them to become a better person and a better citizen in our society. Continue to
develop on how you can contribute to your student's life as they grow up by providing
them meaningful learning. Creating opportunities inside the classroom to show respect
for each other.

4. What do you plan to do to align yourself to the Life Performance Outcomes of St. Paul
University Manila?
By changing the way I knew God with the Life Performance Outcomes of SPUM. We
must spread the word of God through our teaching, we must make our students become
a better person in the society and with the help of God we can do all things. By
continuous learning, active listening and working smart. Focusing on our students
strengths and weaknesses and how will they contribute in the future. And reflecting on
what you’re passionate about and what you envision for your own future.
