fungsi bioaktif ditunjukkan oleh Pokok misai Kucing.
Antaranya ialah anti-radang, antioksidan, anti-hipertensi,
anti-angiogenik, dan hipoglisemia.

2. Kajian Chai et al., (2014) pula menunjukkan pelbagai sifat

bioaktif, seperti sifat anti-radang, antioksidan, antihipertensi,
antimikroba, anti-angiogenik, analgesik, hepatoprotektif dan
hipoglikemia di O. aristatus.
