As the world is moving towards green energy, Electric vehicles are the new priorities in the
automobile sector. In India with introduction of BS 6 rules the EV future is bright. Although there are
some problems such as lack of infrastructure, awareness , and high prices of EVs.

The scheme aims to cover around 5 crore beneficiaries in the first three years.

1. An increase in productivity through better technology, varieties, use of quality

With the recent events such as economy slowdown such as in automobile sector and also
Coronavirus pandemic, India to become a $5 trillion economy seems to be a distant dream. Although
government can take some steps such as increasing the share of manufacturing and services sector
and creating more jobs can help in reaching that goal

Me Too is a movement which was launched through the social media platforms to give a voice of the
similar type of discriminations or wrong doings done to a women in her professional career. It
helped a lot of women to raise their voice against these issues. Although some wrong cases also
came into light just in case to get revenge of get fame. But it helped a lot in bring a transparency to
system

-5 years of Modi government

On 2019 Modi government completed its 5 year tenure. In this tenure there were some great
decisions such as Swacch bharat Abhiyaan, Ujjwala Scheme, Jan Dhan Scheme, Dokhlam Stand Off,
Digital and Smart Cities development, etc. Although some decisions such as Demonetisation and GST
should have been taken with more effective measures. Overall the development under this tenure
was satisfactory.

For my academic performance in 10th standard had received scholarship from Hindustan Aeronautics

My academic goal is to learn the concepts from basic to advanced level and apply those concepts in
the real life situation and learn from my mistakes if I ever had while applying the concepts.

My professional goal is to work in different domains and have an expertise over a domain and also to

I believe I have good communication and analytical skills and also I get along with people easily. So I

Entrepreneurship is a process or ability of a person to generate and successfully execute the idea
which could help in establishing a new business and generate profits. In recent times we have seen a
large number of entrepreneurs such as Sachin & Binny Bansal *(FLIPKART)*, Ritesh Agarwal *(OYO)*,
Jeff Bezos* (AMAZON)*, Jack Ma *(ALIBABA)*, Mark Zuckerberg *(FACEBOOK)* who are now ruling
in their respective domains. Entrepreneurship process help not only in establishing the business but
also help in evolving the existing traditional practices. For example Amazon and Flipkart help in
evolving local business to sell their products to a distant location. Oyo helped in rise on online
business of hospitality industry, Facebook helped in connecting from one end to the other end of the
world. All of us have new ideas on which we want to work on and set up business. And to promote
our work there are many schemes launched by the government such as Start Up India. As we can see
that in United States there a lot of start ups established *(APPLE, AMAZON, UBER, FACEBOOK)*
which helped in raising the US economy. Hence entrepreneurship can help our country reach to next
level.

In current scenario the organisation is moving towards application based management. On the tools
used currently is Employee Relationship Management. This tool help in analysing the relations of
employees and the productivity.

ISBM is one of the most prestigious colleges in the country. With its rich curriculum, academic
infrastructure, high peer to peer learning and experienced faculties, the institute provide a good
platform for one’s development. So I believe ISBM is perfect college for me.

*What has been your most challenging or rewarding academic experience so far?*

In my graduation I came across a subject whose concepts was extremely new for me. Initially I was
facing difficulties but then I made a schedule and daily spend time understanding the concepts and
did many assignments on that subject. At last I was able to get hold and got good grades in the
subject.

*Discuss a time when you were a leader*

In my college I had organised an event. For that event I was chosen as the event leader. I took the
holistic approach and looked each and every aspect of the event. I had formed different teams for
there specific purposes, for example – FnB team, Crowd Control team, Administrator team, etc. The
event was a huge success

*If admitted to our program what you think your biggest challenge will be*

I believe getting hold on finance subject might prove biggest challenge to me. As I am not aware
much aware of the financial aspect so I would have to work hard in that segment.
