- main priority is interaction and cooperation between students

-students work together in small groups to complete a structured task or goal.

-Every student in a group is responsible for their part of work(develops s sense of responsibility and
gives meaningful consequences of one's action)

(even while working on this poster we developed our interpersonal skills and creative thinking
-methodology encourages us not only to blindly follow some particular pattern as grammar or text
analysis for example does it encourages us to think critically, methodology encorages us to use our other
skills we practice: drawing, sometimes singing, prepares us for the art of being a good teacher and good
teacher is multi tasking profession)

(An example of a very popular cooperative learning activity that teachers use is jigsaw, where each
student is required to research one section of the material and then teach it to the other members of
the group. Just like a jigsaw puzzle, each piece or section is put together at the end, and only then
does the entire picture make sense.)

For example, imagine you've been placed in a group that has been tasked with researching the life of
Charles Dickens. In jigsaw, you and the members of your group would each be responsible for
researching certain periods of his life. Let's say there are four members of your group. You are
responsible for researching his childhood, and the other members of your group are responsible for
other periods of his life. When you are finished with your individual research, you report what you've
learned to the other members

-we don't cram theoretical material but try understand the given information through activities and
meaningful tasks- it's better because the easisest way to commit sth to memory is to understand and
practice it. In some disciplines you shouls simply cram everything otherwise you ll not pass the exam or
the teacher will give bad marks.

-Practice makes perfect

In order to get to grips with different techniques and methods we apply them (microteachng), give feed
back (justify our choice of activities, ways of material presentation, etc),

- we discuss school practice: try to compare with what we have learnt during the classes of pr.
methodology; discuss and find new ways of handling different situations which may take place during
tha classes at school. While learning for example stylistics, or lexicology we have no practical application.

the atmosphere during our classes is always positive, friendly, supportive and auspicious .
