Installation Site

1. Keep distance between machine and wall or other machines ≥ 60 cm

2. Place it at flat ground without vibration and near wall for processing drain water of defog
3. Around temperature should keep in 10-30oCm, 70±10% RH and good ventilation
4. Keep machine way from heat source, inflammable, explosive, sunshine, dust site
5. Keep electric line and drain line as short as possible
6. Don’t bend exhaust pipe or turned up convex-concave situation in case of hydrops effects
normal fog

Equipment Requirement
1. Mix test liquid and water: Must use pure water or distilled water (First reserve level > 20L ) or
electric conductivity more than 10 us/cm water quality
2. If faucet near machine, Water pressure ≥ 2kgf/cm2, pH 7
3. Compressed air ≥ 2kgf/cm2

Installation Matters

1. Install row fog pipe in the outlet of machine exhaust fog, pipe must be connected to outside
and can’t bent or made into convex-concave shape
2. Connect automatic water inlet with water source
3. Make sure bottom of spray tower is cleaned and stopper is sealed well
4. Pour mixture test liquid into liquid inlet into 9/10 of liquid tank
5. Supplement test liquid when water level too low
Cautions before use

1. Confirm chamber overtemperature switch set at 70oC and pressure barrel overtemperature
switch set at 80oC.
2. Confirmation of water supply; If add manually (pay attention to water capacity in chamber and
pressure barrel), add water until leakage water indicator turn off; if add automatically, make
sure pressure ≥ 2kgf/cm2.
3. Confirmation of test liquid capacity (Enough salt water); exhaust water pipe (Pipe well
connected); row fog tube (Tube well connected and unobstructed without blocking
phenomenon.

Operation Steps

Turn on main power switch (POWER)  Turn on operation switch (RUN)  set temperature on
controller (SATURATED TEMP & CHAMBER TEMP) (On only when LOW LEVEL indicator is off)  Set
spraying fog time (TIMER METER)  Turn on spraying fog switch (SPRAY)  Turn on timer switch
(TIMER) (only when recording spray fog time)  Turn on programmable timer switch (CYCLE) (Only if
got use programmer timer meter)

When timer ends, press SPRAY  RUN  TIMER  POWER

*Need observe condition of specimen during test, TURN ON defog switch, DON’T open the sealed
cover directly (Defog on = Spray fog off)

Temperature controller operation instruction

1. Click △/▽ to adjust temperature

NSS Salt spray (Chamber 35oC, pressure 47oC); Acid test (Chamber 50oC, pressure 63oC)
2. When temperature fluctuates  press “O”  controller shows out “AT OFF”  Click △  OFF
turns to ON, controller self-adjustment  10 mins, temperature stable
3. Temperature not consistent with displayed temperature, click “O”  controller shows “AT OFF”
 click to switchover, controller displays CN5, click △/▽ to adjust measured deviation
value

Timer operation instruction

1. Adjust last RED △/▽, select timing unit (H, M, S)

2. Adjust △/▽ to set record time (Max 999 hrs, min 1s)

Caution during use

1. Don’t open test chamber during test

2. After test, if not using for long time  drain water in the test lab and pressure barrel
3. Heating water in test lab and pressure barrel must be pH 7. Water mixed with NaCl must be
distilled/ionized water and not underground/tap water.
4. Test compressed air must be dry air. NOT humid air
5. Row fog tube connected to machine should be unblocked, NOT bend/made in
convex/concave shape
Troubleshooting

Troubles Reasons & Solutions

Lab/saturated barrel 1. Temp of controller in lab is set too low  Set temperature
temp. cannot reach set controller to required temp.
temp. 2. Safety switch in lab is set too low  Set safety switch to required
temp.
3. Trouble with heating system, electromagnetic contact/controller 
Ask maintaining people to check/contact with supplier
Spray volume is not 1. Spray adjuster is placed too low  Adjust the spray adjuster higher
enough 2. Block with glass filter inside preheating slot  Clean the glass filter
3. Pressure is set too low  Adjust the pressure valve to 1 kg/cm2 or
adjust decompressing valve to 2 kg/cm2
Cannot spray 1. Air compressor didn’t run  Turn on air compressor key
2. Low pressure  Adjust pressure control valve to 0.1 MPa
3. Trouble with electromagnetic valve/pressure meter/
electromagnetic contact  Notify company
4. Nozzle blocks  Remove nozzle & clean
Power sudden off 1. Power supply often breaks  Check power supply
2. Reach the set time of timer  Restart timing switch
Alarm lamp is on when Low water level  Check water source in inlet
not low water level
Has normal spray but air Self-protection with air compressor  Use as normal
compressor cannot run
Over temperature 1. Alarm device for safety temperature controller  Wrong setup
indicator on 2. Too low set temperature  Reset
3. Over temperature indicator on constantly  Notify company
Temperature controller Trouble with temperature controller/Sensor rod  Notify company
displays
Cannot run after power Cut off operating power if too low water level in heating water slot 
on Adjust water level in heating water slot to normal status
Too high spray volume 1. Spray adjuster placed too high  Adjust spray adjuster lower
2. Diameter of glass nozzle is too large after long-time using 
Replace new glass nozzle

Scheduled Maintenance & Clean Matters

1. Change water in heating slot if testing time > 1 month

2. Do not use testing salt solution if idle > 1 week to avoid affecting testing quality
3. Discharge the seeper in air compressor if testing time > 720 hours
4. Replace oil inside air compressor if testing time > 500 hours. Do not open air compressor
when replacing oil
5. Clear inside of lab after test and discharge water in heating slot if next time is after long period
Discharge water in heating slot: Pull out rubber stopper in the bottom
Discharge water in isolation water slot: Pull out rubber stopper in the middle
Discharge water in preheating water slot: Pull out rubber stopper inside
6. Keep machine clean: Clean machine with cotton before/after test each time.
