Ensure Operation Team Informed / Safety Apparel Placed, Proper Harness Used, Signs and Barriers are Used / Place as Req
PCRD DRUM AND MOTOR
* Megger value and winding resistance readings to be recorded
* Check general conditions and mountings ( Connections /bolts / couplings / gaurds ) of motor
* Check the Physical condition of Cable drum, chain sprockets and guide rollers
* Grease motor Bearings.
ROTORY LIMIT SWITCH
* Check security, mounting, gear defects, cam limit switch function
* Check internal/external- wiring, connection, cams, switches (correct/report faults)
PROXIMITY SENSOR
* Check condition and security of units (mounting/wiring/function)
* MEGGER TEST INSULATION AND RECORD READINGS
