Disassembly Guide
NOTE: The Venue 11 Pro–7139 does not contain any user serviceable components. All repairs need to be performed
by an authorized Dell technician only. Dell is not responsible for any damage to the tablet due to unauthorized
component disassembly or repairs. This document is developed to meet the EPEAT regulatory compliance
requirements. Please refer to the User’s guide on www.Dell.com/support for instructions on tablet usage.
3. The following image shows the inside of the system after the back cover is removed.

2. Slide the battery release latch into the unlock position.

2. Remove the two connector covers from the bottom case.

2. Disconnect the coin-cell battery connector from the system board.

2. Unthread the docking board cable from the bottom case.

2. Remove the two connector covers from the bottom case.
3. Disconnect the docking FPC (1), docking board cable (2) and fingerprint reader cable (3) from the system board.

6. Use a plastic scribe to insert to the gap between the top case and bottom case, pry all edges of the tablet to release all hooks.

8. Peel off the fingerprint reader cable from the bottom case and remove the reader.

2. Disconnect the rear camera cable from the front camera.

2. Disconnect the HDMI FPC from the system board and tear it off from the back of the LCD panel.

2. Disconnect the power cable from the power switch board.

2. Disconnect the rear camera cable from the front camera.

2. Insert an unfolded paper clip into the small hole on the micro SD card cap and release.

2. Lift up the speaker from the adhesive tape on the right and unthread its cable.

2. Unthread all the antenna cables from its routing channel.

2. Disconnect the USB cable from the system board and tear it off from the back of LCD panel.

2. Disconnect the antenna cables from the WWAN card using a pair of tweezer.
