ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES ESSAY
OF RECYCLING
Nowadays, recycling is a very important and necessary topic in the world, but it has a
certain degree of difficulty. This essay will develop the advantages and disadvantages of
recycling and establish a logical conclusion.

The three main advantages of recycling are reduce pollution, conservation of natural resources
and reduction of global warming. Firstly, we know that we cannot reduce one hundred percent of
the contamination, but it is in our hands to begin to reduce this high degree of pollution in which
we are right now. Secondly, we must protect the resources that the planet provides us since they
are a source of life. Finally, a clear example of how to reduce global warming is reducing fossil
burning and also avoiding deforestation are the first options that come to mind.

On the other hand, recycling is very expensive so many underdeveloped countries have not been
able to start this process. Another disadvantage is that as it requires an extra effort, all people do
not have this habit, there are cases where they do not because it seems difficult or they are not
interested. In other words, people do not have a clear idea of the importance of developing this
activity and for this reason it is not currently carried out in many parts of the world and as a result
of all this we can see how the elements of nature are contaminated.

To sum up, there are certain disadvantages that do not allow this activity to be carried out, but I
think that recycling could be an alternative that would be worth considering if we want to have a
better environment and conserve natural resources.
