JOB PROFILE:-

Design and Drafting of plumbing and fire fighting system, cold and hot water supply system,
drainage system, storm water system, water supply and drainage pipe sizing design and
calculations, pumps sizing and calculations, sizing of hot and cold water storage tanks, pipe
sizing for sprinklers system, dry and wet riser systems. Selection and installation of types of
extinguishers as per defined areas, head and flow calculations and selection for fire pumps, and
plumbing codes and standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

 Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all buildings as
per drawings.
 Design, Drafting and installation of plumbing and fire fighting system, cold and hot water
supply system, drainage system, storm water system, water supply and drainage pipe
sizing design
 Coordinating with MEP consultants, Engineers & Contractors
 Material planning & Technical data sheet preparation.
 Quantity estimation as per Tender drawings & submission, Preparation of BOQ along
with quantity variation.
 Perform regular inspection on all equipment and materials and assist in fabrication of
same if required.
 Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing associated work.
 Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment and maintain knowledge
on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
 Install various commission pumps.
 Perform regular inspection all materials and works for all plumbing activities.
 Collaborate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for
all plumbing projects.
 Assist to allocate appropriate CAD design for all activities and ensure compliance to all
client time-frame.
 Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.
 Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all
residential and commercial buildings.
