    As we started the launching program. Prof. Marrianne S. Jalosjos served as the Master of the Cerenomy.
    The Hon. Jemuel Lugo, barangay chairman of the New Tambo delivered his opening remarks.
    Prof. Theresamae S. Habagat, the chair of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science gave the
    rationale of the program and the introduction of the lecturers while Prof. Alex F. Tangapa, the College
    Extension Coordinator delivered his inspirational message.
    The Hon. Councilor Maria Fe S. Tinonga, delivered gave her beneficiaries response while Prof. Charity B.
