 Total duration required for completion of the project will be 12months from the date of
commencement of the work
 Execution of work will be taken according to designed plan no extra charge will not be
given
 Elevation of the building including in the agreement amount no extra charge will not be given
for elevation work
 Elevation drawing will be given by the contractor no extra charge will not be given
