really enjoyed creating it even though that is not in my skill set. I submitted my resume after
receiving feedback from the Career Center. They only suggested that I make a few adjustments. I
also continued to develop the video presentation that is due at the end of this week. Additionally,
I got comfortable using Interview Stream and prepared for my mock interview questions since
felt more prepared, I dressed professionally and recorded my interview questions. I was very
excited to complete this assignment because that means I am one step closer to completing my
internship experience. I also made a lot of progress on my powerpoint presentation. Finally, I had
a phone call with my supervisor, Franchetta. I asked for permission to use a picture of her and
members of her team on my online portfolio and in my presentation. She said that I was welcome
to use that and any other information or resources that she provided us. She said that she has
been very busy with the surge in COVID-19 cases but she was able to complete our final
evaluations. Despite her busy schedule, I was very thankful that she called me to provide
feedback on my research paper and congratulate me on my hard work and dedication to this
project. In an email, she told Morgan Scott and I that we were “great examples for future
students who will serve as Coliseum Medical Centers Patient Relations interns during this
pandemic.”
