We are glad to inform you that M/s. TEKsystems Global Services. is launching its
Hiring and Industry oriented learning program CHAMP-2021 (Campus Hiring and
Mentorship Program) for the 2021 batch.

About CHAMP-2021:
Understanding the current scenario of mismatch between the current skill demand by
Industry and the educational skill gap from university graduates which is restricting
them to become IT Professional, TGS has taken an initiative to support the student
community and designed this program to up-skill and re-skill the deserving
engineering graduates to kick start their career in IT Industry.

NOTE: AS WE SEND THE DATABASE TO THE COMPANY THE ASSESSMENT

Eligibility Criteria: B.E/B.Tech – CSE, IT & ECE 2021 batch (60% aggregate throughout
the academics are eligible)
Date: 15th May 2020

Process Flow:
Stage 1: Assessment- N.C.E.T (National Competency Evaluation Test)
Stage 2: Assessment- Coding Challenge
Stage 3: Mentorship program- 40+ hours Industry oriented online training sessions by
Technology experts from TGS.
Stage 4: Technical Interviews – Final round of selection process with TGS.
Each level in the process flow is a Knock out round and all the candidates who meet the
minimum cut off criteria will be shortlisted for further rounds of the selection process.

Note: Considering the recent pandemic outbreak and lock down extension till 3rd of
May, end to end process of CHAMP-2021 Will be administered remotely through
various digital medium which will be communicated to all the participating entities
from time to time.
