EXAMINATION NOTICE
URGENT AND IMPORTANT (Attn: All Final Year Students )
In view of the prevailing situation arising due to COVID-19 and subsequent guidelines
th
received from UGC vide it’s letter no. D.O No. F.1-1/2020(Secy) dated 8 July, 2020 and
Govt. of Rajasthan, now the University has decided to conduct the examinations for Final Year
Students only through on-line mode as per the following guidelines:
1. The examination would be held in three phases as follows:
 I Phase(All Dissertation/Project/Viva/Thesis etc)
B.Sc(Hons.)-A.G-VIII Semester (28,29,30 July,1Aug.,4Aug. 2020)
B.A LL.B/BBALL.B-X Semester (25 July, 2020)
M.Tech-IV Semester (28-30 July, 2020)
B.Voc(HCT)-VI Semester (4-5 August, 2020)
LL.M-II Semester (6-8 August, 2020)
B.Arch-X Semester (6-8 August, 2020)
 II Phase(All Theory Final Semester only)
All the theory examinations would be tentatively starting from 4th August, 2020
for which the date-sheet would be released shortly.
 III Phase(All Theory/Practical Due Exams of all the odd and even Semester)
All the theory/practical due examinations for all the final year and passed out
batches would be tentatively starting from 20th August, 2020 for
which the date-sheet would be released shortly.
2. All the students are advised to fill up the Google Form(OERF) to furnish their
information for conducting on-line examination on Home Page of the Website.

3. All the students are required to clear their dues latest by 24th July, 2020 which will
enable us to send the online link/Admit Card well on time to your WhatsApp
Mobile Number.
4. Students cleared their all dues may download the Admit Card from the Website.

5. We will be using Google-Meet to conduct I Phase Examinations.

6. Students appearing for I Phase Examination are required to prepare a PPT on the work
done(Project/Dissertation/Thesis) for 5-7 min followed by Viva-Voce.
 7. All the students appearing for I Phase Examinations are required to send the soft copy
of their Dissertation/Project Report/Thesis as mentioned below and subsequently
required to send the hard copy of the same through speed post otherwise the result shall
be withheld:
