NOTICE
URGENT AND IMPORTANT
(Attn: All the Intermediate Batches except Final Year Students)

In view of the prevailing situation arising due to COVID-19 and subsequent

guidelines received from UGC vide it’s letter no. D.O No. F.1-1/2020(Secy)
dated 8th July, 2020 and Govt. of Rajasthan, now the students of Intermediate
Semesters are to be provisionally promoted to next higher semesters as per the
following guidelines :
1. All the students will be provisionally promoted to next higher semesters,
however they have to appear in the end semester examination as and when
the situation is normalized.
2. The name of only those students will be included in the promotion list who
will clear their pending dues of last semester as soon as possible and obtain
a no-dues certificate from the concerned person. They will be allowed to
attend On-line Classes of the next semester which is scheduled from
4th August,2020.
3. Initially the University is proposed to start the semester through on-line
mode, however the when the situation is normalized will be shifting to
off-line mode.
4. In the interest of the students, the University has taken a liniant view to
deposit their fee for the current academic semester by 31st August, 2020.
5. It is reiterated that without clearing the last semester due student cannot
provisionally promoted to next higher semester as well as cannot join
on-line classes.
6. Finally all the students are mandatorily required to fill-up the Goggle
Form(On-Line Classes Registration Form for next Semester), which is
available on the home page of the University website.
