Dear Dir. Suyao,

Green Lush Meadows Construction Corporation has been suffering from financial losses since the last
quarter of 2019. The current financial crisis that the whole country is facing right now added on the
financial burden that the company is facing. Some of our employees resigned from the company end of
last year and were able to find a decent job. At this point, the company could no longer carry on with its
operation without separating initially one (1) employee to prevent further financial bleeding.

In this regard, please be informed that we are separating from employment MR. FRANCIS YAP, the
company’s Foreman for Vertical Construction, since our contract for the construction of houses is
indefinitely suspended by the developer because of the current crisis. Mr. Yap’s employment with the
company will effectively end on May 19, 2020.

The company will legally compensate Mr. Yap and the former will comply with all the requirements of
the Labor Code.

Please refer to the attached letter to Mr. Yap and duly signed by him.
