Notification of Temporary Stop Work

Dear Mr. Mismanos,

As you aware, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic had a dramatic effect on all of the business
in our region. Due to this situation, we regret to inform that our construction activities will
be temporarily stop as your work cannot be done safely while the coronavirus is
spreading::

This stop work is effective immediately, and we anticipate that it will last until the
enhanced community quarantine in our area is lifted. As per management and fair work
act, your stop work will be unpaid. However, if you wish to request advanced some of your
13th month pay during this time, you are welcome to do so.
