Security Services Letter

Dear Mr. Amado,


Good day!
As per actual inspection conducted by our office, we found out that you have committed
under your management the following violations of the terms and conditions of our
security service contract:
1. We found out that the guards you posted to your contracted clients have no security
license, no daily detailed order, and the serial number of firearms being used by your
guard on duty is not the same with the approved serial numbers as reflected in the
Record Verification of Master Delta Force Security Agency;
2. We also found out that there are no remittances of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig to
almost all guards posted by your office, all of which are patent disregard of the
necessary requirements provided under R.A. 5487, as amended, or the "The Private
Security Agency Law", and;
3. Above all, which is the most important, is the non-submission of the personnel
monthly report, a sufficient ground for the immediate termination of the contract for the
protection of the integrity and interest of the First Party, Master Delta Force Security
Agency.
Please be advised to visit the office as soon as possible to settle all obligations before
we cancel/terminate your contract with us. We are hoping for your prompt response on
this matter. Regards.
