    Dear Ms. Sabillo:

    Greetings!

    I am writing this letter to humbly seek for the permission of your good office to allow us to
    pull out our registration kits on July 27, 2022 from our PhilSys Registration Center
    located at the ground floor of Portal Mall GMA to allow us to set up and prepare our new
    registration site in our municipal building. In relation to this, we have also received a
    notice from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) requesting for the 8 kits to be
    returned to the head office. In addition, we are also requesting for our remaining balance
    to be charged on our security deposit from July 2021.
