Dear GOVERNOR MENDOZA,

Greetings of Peace.

The Local Government Unit of Antipas has an on-going Construction of Three (3) Story Multi-
Purpose Hall funded through LGU loan from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP).
However, the proceeds of said loan is insufficient for the completion of the Multi-Purpose Hall, and
the LGU share from the IRA/NTA is also limited which could only complete the first floor of the
building. Likewise, if the LGU will appropriate majority of its IRA/NTA for the completion of
aforesaid building, many of our priority programs will be compromised.

Furthermore, the Local Government had initiated to source support from esteemed institution and
fortunately Honorable Rudy Caoagdan, Congressman, 2nd Legislative District had extended
financial support, but the amount would not suffice to complete the project.

On the matter, we humbly ask your generosity to include the Completion of our Multi-Purpose Hall
in your CY 2022 Supplemental Investment Plan amounting to Fifteen Million Pesos
(₱15,000,000.00).

We believe that the success of our endeavor for our people is achieved through the invaluable
spirit of cooperation and dynamism.
