OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The objectives of the Project are:

 To study the procedure of export orders, ‘how to export’.

 To know what are the documents required before and after sailing the cargo.
 To know different type of container used in shipment.
 To study the modes of payment & incentives from Government for export.
 To explicitly state the steps in documentation

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY :

Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may

be understood as a science of studying now research is done systematically. In that various
steps, those are generally adopted by a researcher in studying his problem along with the
logic behind them.

Data collection is important step in any project and success of any project will be
largely depend upon how much accurate you will be able to collect and how much time,
money and effort will be required to collect that necessary data, this is also important step.

Data collection plays an important role in research work. Without proper data
available for analysis you cannot do the research work accurately.

RESEARCH DESIGN :
The research design is the arrangement of condition for collection and analysis of data in a
manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedures.
This study deals with the documentation and procedures.

Data Collection:

Secondary Data –
The secondary data are used to study. Official records, textbooks, booklets, review matters of
concern, audit reports, and from internet websites are used.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY:
In order to understand the concepts of export procedure and documentation in terms of to
glimpse into the how a real company or organization uses procedure and documents as a
formidable tool to gain customer satisfaction , reduce overall cost and increase efficiency.
