In United States, It's the custom to people leave a tip of 15-20 percent in
restaurants.
3. In Egypt, It's acceptable to people allow their host to invite them to eat in
restaurants.
In New Zealand, You're expected to people usually pay for their own meals in
restaurants.
4. In Japan, It's custom to people bow when they see or know someone they
know.
In Brasil, It's the custom to friends kiss each other three or four times on the
cheeks as a greeting.
5. In Canada, It's the custom to go a temple in shorts and T-shirt.
In Indonesia, It's not acceptable tow wear shorts and T-shirt in a temple
