This is to express my intent to apply for ASEAN Chartered Public Accountant


(ACPA). I understand that I have to comply with the eligibility requirements under
PRC Resolution No. 1120(A) s. 2018 and I am submitting, together with this Letter of
Intent, the following documentary requirements as support for such:

Duly accomplished application form for ACPA


Proof of professional practice of not less than 3 years
Photocopy of my valid Professional Identification Card
Certificate of No Pending Case from the PRC Legal Service
Certificate for ASEAN CPA Registration from the A.P.O. (PICPA)
Certificate of CPD Compliance from the CPD Council
Recent two (2) passport size pictures with name tag (in white background and coat
and tie)

I understand that I will also have to pay the prescribed application fees and hereby
express my willingness to do so.

Having actively practiced as a CPA for (no. of years) in the Philippines, I truly
welcome and anticipate this opportunity to be recognized as an ACPA.
