Take out the SIM card tray by using the retrieve card pin insert the SIM card tray hole as
shown in the Figure 1 and 2. (Note: Do not directly insert the hole by tweezers or other
unprofessional tools for preventing to damage the appearance of the front cover and the
main board.)

2. Remove the battery cover 3D glass
1) The temperature of the heating equipment is controlled within the range of 80+/-2 oC as
shown in Figure 3.
2) Put the 3D glass face down on the fixture on the heating platform for 5 minutes and
3) Suck the 3D glass with a sucker device, use the sharp flaky plastic cut the gum when
the fixture pull the battery cover glass to avoid damaging the glass (see Figure 5).
4) When the both vertical and horizontal 3D glass are removed, the glass is turned from

Note: Glass gum will be scrapped after disassembly.
3. Clean the residual gum and remove the radiating graphite sheet
After the glass disassembly, clean the residual gum on the battery cover, front cover and
back cover. And then remove the battery cover radiating graphite sheet.

4. Disassembly the rear cover
1) Use a screwdriver to remove the rear shell 17pcs screws. (10pcs M1.4*3.0 silver
screws marked in red circles as shown in Figure 8; 7pcs M1.4*2.5 black screws marked
2) Take out the rear cover after remove the screws, as shown in Figure 9.

Note: The screws can’t be reusable after disassembly.

5. Tear off the 3D glass supported foam
1) Remove two silver screws (marked in red circles as shown in the Figure 11) on the

2) Disconnect all the six connectors (marked in red box as shown in the Figure 11) on the
motherboard.
3) Lift the main board slowly from the top of the main board, and do not damage the

After taking out the main board, disassemble the front camera and its conductive cloth,
the rear camera, the coaxial cable, the USB rubber, the MIC 3 rubber and the headset

8. Disassemble the front cover components
1) Use tweezers to lift P Sensor FPC from the right and tear slowly away from the right.
2) Use tweezers to pry out the speaker from the bottom of the speaker as shown in Figure

3) Take out the front camera rubber and MIC 2 rubber as shown in Figure 15.
1) Use tweezers to pry out the motor from the disassembly mouth and then slowly tear off

2) Use tweezers to remove the steel support of the volume key and the power key, and
take out the volume key and the power key, as shown in Figure 18.
3)After removing the volume key and the power key, the side key FPC is pried from the
disassembly gap with tweezers and then take out the side key FPC (see Figure 19).

Note: Motor gum, key steel support and side key FPC cannot be reused after disassembly.
1) Put the front cover into the refrigerator under -20oC for half an hour.
2) Take out the front cover from the refrigerator, and then separate the battery slowly with

11. Tear off the radiating copper foil
Tear off the radiating copper foil on the front cover as shown in Figure 21.
1) The temperature of the heating equipment is controlled within the range of 80+/-2 oC,

13. Disassemble the fingerprint module
Use plastic tweezers pry out the fingerprint module as shown in Figure 26.
Note: The fingerprint module need to be replaced after disassembly, it can’t reuse.
