Rice bowl is always natural to make with ingredients that are usually in the kitchen. There are many ways to make a
rice bowl; this is my way of making it. This recipe can be eaten plain with no spice to make it spicy; it all depends on
the taste. It is also an excellent food for on the go. Thank you for participating, if you get frustrated try answering the
questions on the bottom first before coming back to do the recipe.
Ingredients (3 SERVINGS)
1 can of black beans Cilantro
1 onion Salsa
1 tomato Queso (optional)
1 cucumber Lemon juice
½ cup of frozen chopped corn Salt
3 avocados Black pepper
White or brown rice Tabasco Sauce (optional)
Instructions
For the rice:
In order to cook white rice in instant pot:
1. Add rinse white rice
2. Add water
3. Add Salt
4. Lock the lid and set it to steam to seal
5. Let it cook for 20 minutes
6. Allow the pressure to release for 10 minutes,
then release the remaining pressure

2. In a small bowl:
i. add the chopped onion, tomato,
cucumber, and cilantro
ii. mix all of the three
iii. add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
iv. mix it all again
Note:
The avocado mix, mentioned in step 5, can also be used in avocado toast.
