About me. Background

I was self-employed since i’ve been 17y.o.
When i was 23 y.o., i’ve started my engineering activity by doing CNC machines and different cinematography equipment for my
colleagues
I was hired by KINORG when i was 25 y.o. as product leader and general engineer. 1 year later KINORG took my development as
general product line for their company.

2013 - 2018 sp. Z o.o. KINORG​ (Poland/Warsaw)

In this company i was responsible for development & manufacturing processes organization. Hiring people, special CNC machines
design and later on became an R&D Leader

I’ve been involved in many processes that gave me good skills and knowledges.
Area of the responsibility:​ Client communication as CTO, project development, product design, control, setup, prototyping,
assembly, welding, cutting, molding, painting e.t.c.
This is the activity at KINORG, that gave me confident skills

2017 - This days sp. Z o.o. Mechanix Solutions​ (Poland/USA/Canada/Ukraine)

This company represented by Dariusz Grudzien is my regular client regarding product design and prototyping as outsource
freelance.

Resume: ​i have tough skills as mechanical designer and manufacturing leader using different technologies. Deep understanding of
CNC processes.

How and by whom i wish to work

I wish to take responsibility for the development, full-cycle of the production of the products.
Namely: design, associated management, staff training (if necessary), control and participation in the production of prototypes,
participation in the launch of mass production.
And also to participate for optimization,push innovations in to the work process of the company using my accumulated experience to
obtain better results.
