Please answer the following questions to determine what you already know about LPVM:

1. Core Values encompass the values of the staff, the actions that the school will take, and the areas it
will address (e.g., curriculum, assessments, data).

2. Vision clear statement of what the school is trying to achieve so that all stakeholders – teachers,
students, their families and community members – are working together. It is about looking forward and
seeking to motivate and unify everyone to achieve the very best for the students.

3. In your own idea, how will you articulate the Life Purpose of our school?

The society is formed by its constituents. Therefore, the type of individuals growing up in every generation
determines the type of society which will be formed.

4. As a student, how will you help in the attainment of the vision and mission of the school?

The first thing I have to do is comprehend it to its full extent and provision. Those words aren’t just uttered
but are lived day by day and whether being watched or not. So it is pivotal to comprehend what does it
really mean when we say those words.

Second, it can be by becoming the purveyor of those goals. More than instilling it to others, it is also
beneficial for us, the one who understood it, to become the exemplars of what we say. People not do not
imitate what they heard but more on what they see.

Both the actions previously mentioned are important to materialize the uplifting of these goals in a daily
basis.

5. Write at least 3 contributions that you can give to your school or organization as a teacher or employee.

First, be loyal to the school. This means patronizing all that is present on the table regardless off. It also
means never leaving the institution crippled as we consider how vital we are in the totality whether its
small or big job that we do. In cases where there are problematic ones, always choose to see the silver
lining or at least what good is left.

Second, uplift the integrity of the school. This means executing excellent performance in what you do in
the institution. Whether it is wiping a dirty mirror inside the comfort room or making plans for the whole
group, it matters. With that, we must be sure to always give our best shot or even an extra mile for it. Not
only that we get to self-actualize but so as lift the name of the institution high.

Third, be the living proof. All institution cries out to achieve its goal. Hence, as a teacher for example, I
must be an excellent and outstanding for the school and students that I am into. Not only that I am helping
myself but so as making the school as how it supposed to be. This creates a clamor of victory among
people and other interests of the institution.

6. How will you demonstrate the core values of SJIT personally, and among others in school or in your
organization and in the community?

Other than actually allowing my intellect to comprehend, what I can do is to act what I perceived. It is
living the things that I have understood whether being watched or not. This can actualize in every word
that I say and actions that I do which people can notice.

7. Give short insights of what you have learned from this module.

The world is already cruel as it is. Therefore, schools as the second home of children, where they learn,
develop and become actualized citizens; should be a vessel of hope ---that they have to become a place
where children and other people alike can practice the opposite of cruelty. In this way, we get to see a
better and hopeful world.
