Communication between projects

Stakeholder engagement can be a time-consuming and resource-demanding process, but it can provide a
variety of tangible benefits to the scope, processes, quality, and acceptance of outputs of a review. But
more than this, stakeholder engagement can be vital for ensuring that review outputs have the greatest
relevance and impact to the stakeholders that will be the end-users of the organisation’s products.

By following the suggestions and recommendations in this guidance, the communication systems had a
great performance in all three programs, and it has affected positively the performance and outcomes of
them.

Project Manager interaction

The interactions between Project Managers has generated the following feedbacks:
 The gathering of new ideas for each product given by Projects Managers of another program.
 The extension of network helping to resolve an issue in the Conference.
 The revelation of ways to improve two programs simultaneously.
 The development of teamwork between Project Managers.

The communication program has shown to be aligned with the core values underpinning our activities,
which are:
 Quality
 Innovation
 Respect
 Reliability

Recommendations
Two core recommendations that should be taken into consideration for future development of
communication system are:
 The development of a program meeting agenda for weekly activities. After receiving the feedback
from Project Manager there are the concern that the weekly email groups are being to short. I
believe it is because the lack of purpose to those group emails, so, if an agenda were created it
could give generate engagement between the consultants.
 The development of an electronic system which could provide a faster and current communication
between consultants working in different programs.
