A flagship is a stand-alone clinic that exclusively performs the REVIV Intravenous (IV) and
Intramuscular (IM) therapies. They offer a typical clinical tone in combination with warm color
accents to create a distinctive atmosphere. The clinics are located in a high footfall situation. The
ideal premises for a REVIV Flagship Clinic measures 65m2–120m2 and have separate rooms for
stock and preparation, medical screening and cannulation plus private treatment room(s) with
loungers and a group area with a corner sofa and loungers.

• The fit-out cost of a REVIV Flagship Clinic ranges from $25,000–45,000,
including furniture, branding and equipment.
• A one-off franchise fee is applicable (varies per territory) plus a monthly
license fee of 20% of revenues.
• Many new clients break-even (operating result) after 2 or 3 months, but
we do recommend provisioning working capital equal to 6 months’ rent
plus cost of staff.

REVIV take no margin on ingredients. IV therapies have a gross clinic

margin before license fee of around 85%. By using the global purchasing
volume, REVIV makes medical ingredients available at the lowest possible
cost from REVIV preferred pharmacies. A streamlined process allows
clinics to prescribe older therapies, even in singular form.
