Interleaving Study Technique Guide

This document discusses six strategies for effective learning using bookmarks. It describes interleaving as a strategy where students switch between different ideas while studying instead of focusing on one idea for too long. The bookmarks provide tips on interleaving such as switching between ideas during a study session, going back over the ideas in different orders, and making links between ideas as they are switched. The bookmarks were created by Yana Weinstein and Megan Smith from the universities of Massachusetts Lowell and Rhode Island College respectively, with funding from the APS Fund for Teaching and Public Understanding of Psychological Science.
